Service Description
This session is designed for returning clients who are ready to continue their healing, deepen their energetic work, or reconnect with the sense of calm, clarity, and alignment they experienced previously. Each returning session builds on the foundation created in your earlier work, allowing us to move more intuitively and purposefully into the layers that are ready to release, shift, or open. Because your system already knows what to expect, returning sessions often feel deeper, more fluid, and more attuned. We begin with a brief check-in to explore what has changed since your last session—emotionally, physically, or energetically—and to clarify your intention for the work ahead. Whether you’re seeking continued stress relief, emotional clearing, chakra alignment, grounding, integration, or support through a life transition, your session is tailored to meet the moment.

Clear policies ensure safety, transparency, and alignment so you can focus on your growth. Please review the guidelines below. Scope of Services I offer hypnotherapy for emotional healing, behavior change, stress reduction, inner exploration, and personal growth. Hypnotherapy is a complementary modality and does not replace medical or psychiatric care. Clients should continue working with healthcare providers as needed. Clients must be 18 or older (unless arranged with parental consent), able to participate voluntarily, and willing to share relevant medical or mental-health information. If hypnotherapy is not the right fit, I will provide appropriate referrals. Sessions are confidential except when disclosure is required by law (risk of harm, abuse/neglect, or court order). Digital communications and records are kept as secure as reasonably possible. Sessions last 50–90 minutes and may include check-in, education, hypnosis, and integration. Please arrive on time; sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. Fees & Payment Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. You will not be eligible for a refund. Repeated no-shows may result in paused services. Communication By opting in you agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Rooted Realms Hypnotherapy. Message frequency varies. Clients agree to communicate openly, disclose relevant health information, and understand that individual results vary. No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Contraindications Hypnotherapy may not be appropriate during active psychosis, untreated mania, intoxication, acute suicidal crisis, or certain dissociative or neurological conditions. Referral may be recommended. Past Life Regression Work Past-life work, if chosen, is used for emotional insight and healing—not to establish factual memories or legal claims. Ending Services Clients may end services at any time. I may recommend pausing or ending treatment when attendance becomes inconsistent, safety concerns arise, or a higher level of care is appropriate.
